On the day of check-in and check-out, luggage can be stored and retrieved at the reception desk during reception hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM). For storage that spans multiple days, a fee of ¥500 per day applies.

Large luggage such as suitcases can be accepted on the check-in day.
For letters or small parcels, we can accept them starting one week before check-in.
Please contact us by phone or email in advance and indicate your reservation name and check-in date on the delivery slip.
If luggage arrives before the check-in date, a fee of ¥500 per day will apply.
We cannot accept any cash-on-delivery packages under any circumstances.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Extensions are possible until 1:00 PM for an additional fee of ¥500 per hour.

There is no strict curfew, but the main entrance is locked from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. After midnight, guests can use the back entrance with auto-lock. The access code is provided only to registered guests and is changed periodically.

We accept cash, credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments.

All guest rooms and the entire facility are non-smoking. If smoking is detected within the facility, a cleaning fee will be charged as a penalty. Depending on the circumstances, we may also request that you vacate the premises. Please be advised in advance.

Yes. Guests must place and receive orders themselves. The front desk cannot arrange orders on your behalf.

We do not have our own car park, but there are many parking lots nearby.
